The Applicant filed a petition with the State Water Resource Control Board, Division of Water Rights to change its existing points of diversion in order to consolidate the existing Meridian and Drexler diversions (Water Right License No. 4676-B). The new Meridian diversion will be located ~50 feet upstream of the existing diversion, and be equipped with fish screens to prevent the entertainment of migrating fish.
The project is the issuance of a water quality certification for the Meridian Farms Fish Screen Project, Phase 2.
