Document Description
The project includes the development of 496 single family homes on lots of varying densities and designs throughout most of the project site. The homes along the future Titan Way would have alley-loaded garages, which the applicant intends to provide a safe and pedestrian-friendly streetscene. The plan also includes two multi-family parcels totaling 10.5 acres situated along Antelope Road and the future Antelope-Elverta connection roadway adjacent to a 5.8-acre shopping center at the northwest corner of Antelope Road and Elverta Road. The shopping Center is intended to provide a village-like gathering place for Antelope residents to shop and eat locally.
