Document Description
The proposed Harmony Specific Plan is a master-planned residential community consisting of a maximum of 3,632 residential units reflecting a mix of residential product types. Approx. 5.7 acres of the project site is planned for development of neighborhood commercial land uses to provide retail goods and services to the community. An additional 15.9 acres of neighborhood commercial are allowed with a Neighborhood Commercial Overlay. Approx. 830 acres are planned for parks, recreation and open spaces (natural and manufactured). Other permitted uses include, without limitation, public facilities such as a school site, roads and a fire station. In addition to the Specific Plan, the approved project includes implementing approvals such as a General Plan Amendment Zone Change, two tentative tract maps and a statutory Development Agreement. The project also contemplates on and off-site improvements as described in the project approvals.
