PLU: Agricultural Rangeland and Public/Quasi-Public

Document Description
The proposed project involves the vertical expansion of approximately 65 feet (at its highest extent) over existing permitted Modules 1 through 6. The lateral expansion would include development of an additional 13.6 acres of lined area in five additional more expansion modules (the actual number of expansion modules may change during actual construction). In addition, the project includes a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation from Agricultural Rangeland to Public/Quasi-Public, to be consistent with the existing landfill's land use designation. The project includes the potential acceptance of up to 500 tons per day of out-of-County waste.
