Remove the existing bridge deck on Doherty Drive over Larkspur Creek and the five support tiers that are located in the creek bed. A new longer and wider bridge will span the creek and be supported by new abutments set behind the existing which will remain in the place. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0107-$2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mary Grace Houlihan City of Larkspur Public Works.
