The project is limited to: 1) removal and excavation of an existing 10-foot-wide, 50-foot-long rail car bridge and footings, 2) installation of new footings and a 20-foot wide by 50-foot long steel frame clear span bridge with a concrete deck, and 3) riparian vegetation enhancements on both banks for approximately 550 linear feet both downstream and upstream of the bridge location.
