FYI Final; Review per lead The County of San Luis Obispo (County), serving as the lead agency under the CEQA of 1970, has prepared this EIR to assess the impacts that may result from approval of the Dana Adobe Nipomo Amigos Land Use Ordinance Amendment, CUP, and Development Plan. DANA requests a Land Use Ordinance Amendment to Section 22.112.030.B to accommodate implementation of the Master Plan and development of the project.
