Steven and Cecelia Tweed wish to appropriate 1.5 acre-feet of water per year from an Unnamed Spring that flowson their property, for the purposes of irrgating a 10-acre pasture there, and also for fire protection. The water will be stored on the property in two 4,500 gallon tanks - one existing redwood tank and one proposed polyethylene tank. The pasture will be flooded with water as needed during the dry season.
