Implementation of the already approved Lake Merritt Station Area Plan (LMSAP) by adopting an Ordinance amending the Oakland Planning Code to create the D-LM Lake Merritt Station Area District Zone Regulations and make conforming changes to other Planning Code sections, as well as adopting Zoning and Height Area Maps. The LMSAP is a 25-year planning document that provides a vision and planning framework for future growth and development within the Plan Area.
