Document Description
Widen State Route 178 in the northeast portion of the city of Bakersfield from two to six lanes from 0.68 miles east of Morning Drive to Masterson Street and two to four lanes from Masterson Street to Mirmonte Drive. Realign or widen Masterson Street, Alfred Harrell Highway, Miramonte Drive, and State Route 184 at the locations where they intersect with State Route 178. Install a new traffic signal at the intersection of Masterson Street and State Route 178. Modify the existing traffic control systems at State Route 178 and Canteria Road, Alfred Harrell Highway, and Miramonte Drive intersections.
