Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2013-0022-R5) to the project applicant, Bruce Reitherman, Land Trust of Santa Barbara. The project proposes to impact 750sf of permanent impacts to construct three crossings. Impacts are to streambed and riparian habitat, and will be mitigated with 3,750 sf of creation, restoration and/or enhancement.
