A Supplemental Mitigated Negative Declaration for the relocation of two residences, the demolition of two garages and two multi-family structures and for the construction of a new four-story, 45 foot tall mixed use development on a 15,140 sq. ft. site, consisting of 26 residential units and 2,862 sq. ft. of commercial/retail space.
