Document Description
The proposed project analyzes the adoption of the Old Town La Verne Specific Plan, which would apply new land use designations, zoning, and design guidelines to a 115-acre area in La Verne, including the University of La Verne and a portion of the Fairplex. The project would include development of new residential and mixed uses and enhancement of the Old Town area. The new Specific Plan will create new boundaries for the Lordsburg Specific Plan and the Arrow Corridor Specific Plan as the new Old Town La Verne Specific Plan will be including portions of each of those areas.
