Document Description
The Eastvale Commerce Center Specific Plan Project site is located on approximately 205 gross acres within the City of Eastvale, in Riverside County, California. The Project vicinity is characterized by agricultural, residential and industrial uses. The Project site is bounded on the west by Hamner Avenue, on the south by Bellegrave Avenue, on the east by Interstate 15 (I-15), and on the north by Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road (formerly Galena Street). The intersection of Cantu-Galleano Ranch Road and I-=15 border the northeastern corner of the Project site with the southbound entrance ramp to I-15 running along the northeastern corner of the Project site. Hamner Avenue forms the boundary between the City of Eastvale and the City of Ontario.
