Document Description
Under the Proposed Project, the time provided to SLCLWD to put all water granted to them pursuant to Application 20601 to beneficial use would be extended from 1995 until 2035. The granting of the time extension would allow SLCWD to continue diverting, treating, and conveying water to its customers. SLCWD has also filed a Petition for Change that would amend the method of diversion under its water right permit to include the direct diversion of water from Lake Serena. The proposed project would not require any new construction by SLCWD.
