The Project includes the installation of a new 71-MW combined-cycle power-generating unit (GT-5) to replace existing steam-generating Unit B-3; construction of a 3,850 sq. ft. modular building housing a control room near the western perimeter of the Glenarm Plant Site; construction of a 10-foot wall along the Fair Oaks property line; demolition of the existing Glenarm Building stack and ductwork and two small building additions; closure of the State St. cul-de-sac and installation of a 10-foot gate; incorporation of a one-acre parcel south of State St.; remodel and expansion of the existing 4,000 square-foot Pump Building on this parcel; and landscaping along Fair Oaks Ave. and Arroyo Parkway.
