Document Description
The District is proposing the construction and operation of a new college Campus. The new campus would provide core academic courses such as math, science, and writing that allow students to transfer to four-year College and universities. The Campus would employ approximately 150 to 200 staff at full build-out. It is anticipated that as many as 5,000 students would attend a full build out. Conceptually, buildings are planned to total approximately 250,000 gross square feet of laboratory, lectures, and other space including physical fitness facilities, library, and miscellaneous office and support space. Full build-out is anticipated by 2030.
