Document Description
CEQA analysis of a Master Drainage Plan is more complex than the typical project because Master Drainage Plans have a variety of purposes that are implemented over time; in fact, some parts of the plan could be implemented many years in the future or not at all, which makes the CEQA analysis conducive to using a Programmatic Environmental Impact Report. The Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District's proposed Lakeland Village Master Drainage Plan analyzed in this CEQA document consists of the three separate components: Administration of the MDP, Future Construction of the MDP, and Future Operations and Maintenance of the MDP.
