Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0308-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, West Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency.
The project is limited to replacement of three existing culverts; placement of ten new reinforced concrete pipe culverts; placement of four outfalls or new stormwater ditch confluences with existing ditches; removal of riparian vegetation including sandbar and black willows, Freemont cottonwoods and black walnut, and placement of 74 cubic yards of rock slope protection.
