Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (#1600-2015-0037-R5) to the project applicant, City of Santa Clarita. The project proposes to impact 3.25 acres of streambed/lake, including 0.27 acre of permanent impact to scalebroom scrub, buckwheat scrub and big sagebrush habitat and 2.98 acres of temporary impact to active channel, scalebroom scrub, narrow-leaved willow scrub, big sagebrush scrub and buckwheat scrub habitat and mitigate with 3.48 acres of creation, restoration and/or enhancement.
