Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Rising Tree Wind Farm III, LLC. The Project is limited to constructing seven road crossings as part of the road network for the Rising Tree Wind Farm. Five of the crossings will be constructed with culverts and two will be constructed as unpaved low-flow, or "Arizona" crossings.
