Document Description
The proposed Serrano Summit Area Plan 2009-01 and Tentative Tract Map No. 17331 encompass ~98.9 acres, generally situated to the east of Bake Parkway, south of Commercentre Drive, and west of Serrano Creek, in the City of Lake Forest, California. The proposed project would allow for the development of residential, and park and recreation uses, a Civic Center, and existing and future Irvine Ranch Water District public facilities. The project alternative that is analyzed would exclude the Civic Center, allowing in its place the development of additional residential uses.
