Changed Plan 01-19-5244 is an application to modify the street design sidewalk, parkway, and landscaping on Serrano Summit Drive, increase the height of an existing Verdura retaining wall along the easterly side of Serrano Summit Drive, and to construct a new 612 linear-foot Gabion retaining wall along the westerly property line.
