The project includes earthmoving activities, and the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures associated with the development of 7.2 net acres of new vineyard (10.0 gross acres total) within a 64.52 acre holding. The project proposes the installation and maintenance of erosion control measures within nine vineyard blocks with topography ranging from gently to steeply sloping (slopes typically 14% to 38%) non-native grassland and mixed oak woodland at elevations between approximately 925 and 1,150 feet above mean sea level.
