Document Description
The proposed project is a one megawatt solar photovoltaic (PV) array facility, which would be located on Pond 2 of the City's WWTP. A solar power provider (the applicant) would lease the land and operate the facility, and the City would purchase electricity every year at a negotiated rate per a Power Purchase Agreement. The facility is anticipated to operate over a 20-year period and provide 2,000,000 to 2,250,000 kilowatt-hours per year of electricity to the WWTP.
