Document Description
The construction and operation of up to 1,267 oil and gas wells and associated infrastructure, such as associated existing and proposed access roads ROW, existing and proposed pipeline routes, and ingress and egress routes. The Project includes (1) exploration, development, production, recovery and processing of oil and gas reserves over a period of 25 years, including the drilling of wells and associated infrastructure which could result in the cumulative total of permanent disturbance and temporary disturbance of up to 377 acres of presently undisturbed land; and (2) the operation, maintenance and repair of facilities associated with the Diatomite & North Midway Sunset Development (i.e.; production transmission lines and pipelines, waterlines, and power lines, etc.).
