The Project would expand an existing restaurant and develop a 64-unit cottage hotel on approximately 6.6 acres. The Project would develop an additional 37,250 s.f., increasing the total s.f. of buildings at the Project site to approximately 49,617 s.f. In addition to the guestroom cottages, the hotel would include a small gym, a spa, a pool, a meeting/banquet room, a reception building, and other small ancillary buildings for housekeeping and maintenance.
