Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2018-0011-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Reynier Fund LLC and the DWR. The Yolo Flway Farms Project will create tidal habitat on a 359 acre parcel in the Yolo Bypass. The project will create tidal channels and a wetland bench fed by tidal waters of the Toe Drain. Wetland creation will be achieved by excavating channels, removing irrigation berms, and breaching the Toe Drain levee.
