Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Pacific Gas and Electric Company. The applicant proposes to construct a 16-foot-wide permanent asphalt-paved access road with 2-foot-wide shoulders and drainage ditches approximately 750 feet in length from San Juan Grade Road to a switching station. A seasonal wetland (0.025-acres) will be permanently filled with 35 cubic yards of native soil to construct the access road near San Juan Grade Road. Another segment of the access road crosses a drainage feature that will require a 30-inch diameter culvert approximately 120-feet long and lined with a total of 200-square-feet of rip-rap.
