Document Description
The proposed project is a modification of the approved redevelopment of the Edgewood Plaza Shopping Center. Under the revised project, Building 1 would be reconstructed with all new materials. The location and design of the building would be consistent with the previously approved project. All other aspects of the approved project, including the renovation of Building 2 and the grocery building, the new parking layout and landscape design, and development of 10 single-family houses, remain the same as the approved project evaluated in the 2012 FEIR.
