Alter the existing topography through grading for the construction of two (2) solar photovoltaic (PV) solar generating facilities. Project activities include construction of PV solar arrays, electrical collection system, substation, access roads, perimeter fence and a transmission line. Grading for the Project will place fill a portion of an unnamed ephemeral dry wash. Project activities will affect approximately 600 square feet of California Department of Fish and Game ("CDFG") jurisdictional ephemeral drainage (approximately 780 cubic yards of fill).
