Document Description
Implementation of proposed 2015 South Gate Educational (SGEC) Master Plan consists of the construction of a new satellite campus to replace the existing SGEC, provide expanded and improved educational facilities, and accommodate existing and projected student enrollment. The primary differences between the 2013 Master Plan are that Buildings 1 and 3 on the project site would be demolished and that a parking structure would no longer proposed to be constructed on site. In lieu of the parking structure, additional surface parking would be provided on-site. Consistent with 2013 Master Plan, Building 2 would remain on-site Building 4 would be demolished, and a new approx. 100,000 gross sq. ft., three-story educational building will be constructed.
