Document Description
NOTE: Review Per Lead The proposed park would be located on 8 acres of vacant land in-between and adjacent to the existing Nuview Fire Station #3 and the Nuview Branch Library building. Proposed amenities include a parking lot with 80 spaces, a basketball court, tot-lot play area, picnic areas with shade structures, a skate park, amphitheatre, horseshoe pit, walking trail, open turf area, and a 280 sf restroom/storage facility. Lakeview Avenue and 10th Street would also undergo half-width street widening improvements adjacent to the proposed park.
