Document Description
The West Roseville Specific Plan (WRSP) is an approved master planned community with residnetial, commercial, park, public facilities, and open space land uses located within an approx. 3,162 acre area in the City of Roseville (City). The City adopted the WRSP and certified an EIR for the projec tin Feburary 2004. The 2004 WRSP provided for, among other land uses, four elementary school sites ranging in size from approx. 8 acres to 10 acres. The schools were intended to be built to accomodate 600 kindergarten through 5th grade (K-5) students in permanent classroom buildings.
