To construct a 400-linear-feet of soil-bentonite slurry wall to be added to the upstream (south) end of the previously approved 1200-linear feet of slurry wall that is authorized by Permit 18621; add fill at various locations along approximately 300-linear-feet of the downstream (north) end of the existing levee to the Highway 4 crossing; and approximately 700-linear-feet of seepage berm south of the Highway 4 crossing on and along the right (north) bank levee of the San Joaquin River.
