Document Description
The Project is limited to the replacement of the existing, structurally deficient 445-foot long three-span reinforced concrete arch Winters Road Bridge with a new 473-foot long five-span bridge at approximately the same location as the existing bridge. A temporary detour bridge will be installed immediately east of the existing bridge. Approximately 480 ft. of Putah Creek Road, where it intersects with the southern end of the bridge, will be realigned. The northern end of the bridge intersects with Putah Creek Road (Solano County). The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0413-3 pursuant Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Solano County Department of Resource Management/Nathan Newell.
