Vesting Tentative Map, Planned Development Permit, Site Development Permit, Rezone from CVPD-EC to a new zone entitled CVPD - Mixed Use Center (MUC), Community Plan and Precise Plan Amendments, Easement Abandonment, and Right of Way Vacation to vacate a portion of Del Mar Heights Place for a phased mixed use development project on a 23.6 acres site that is currently graded and vacant. The site is located at 12910 Del Mar Heights Place, within the Carmel Valley Community Plan Area. The project would construct a mixed use development with a maximum of 2,044,200 square feet of building area with approximately 1,143,200 square feet consisting of commercial retail and office, including parking; 150,000 square feet consisting of a 150 room hotel; and 751,000 square feet consisting of 608 residential units. The project also would include public spaces, internal roadways, parking facilities, landscaping, hardscape treatments, and utility improvements to support these uses.
