Document Description
This proposed project involves the development of agricultural grassland into an industrial park. Project activities include grading and filling of the entire project site to accommodate foundation pads for buildings, streets, parking areas, other infrastructure and utilities.
Project will result in impacts to 82.62 acres of CA tiger salamander (Ambystoma californiense) habitat; the project will permanently remove 52.29 acres of CA tiger salamander habitat and temporarily impact 30.33 acres. The project is expected to result in incidental take of CA tiger salamander, which is designated as a threatened species under CESA. The ITP referenced above as issued by CDFW authorizes incidental take of species listed under CESA that may occur as a result of project implementation.
