Document Description
This project involves the short-term renewal of the existing Federal Waiver (Order No. R1-2015-0021 ) by the adoption (August 20, 2020) and implementation of Regional Water Board Order No. R1-2020-0021 that will continue to waive waste discharge requirements for nonpoint source discharges related to certain federal land management activities in the North Coast Region. The Regional Water Board conducted a CEQA analysis and adopted a mitigated negative declaration that accompanied Order R1-2010-0029 in 2010 (SCH No. 2010042031 ).
