Document Description
The subdivision of 26.9 acres into four parcels ranging from 15 to 3.456 acres in size. The three smaller parcels would be put up for sale. A 4.03-acre concrete batch plant would be developed on the 15-acre parcel. The plant would include a batch plant, three silos, a portable cement silo trailer, a batch trailer, three 20,000-gallon water storage tanks, a concrete block casting area, a 2,000 gallon diesel fuel tank, a 100,000 gallon reclaimed water storage tank, an aggregate storage area, truck wash area, parking, and other associated facilities. The plant would produce ~300 cubic yards of concrete per day, and would operate from 5 am to 6 pm Monday through Saturday. A new on-site well would provide water.
