Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0162-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Penryn Development, LLC.
The project is limited to three separate work areas within the Orchard at Penryn Project development area that includes work within unnamed seasonal wetland swales and intermittent drainages which are tributaries to Secrete Ravine. The purpose of these three project features are: to complete clearing, grading, and site remediation of contaminated soils onsite; install a 30-inch diameter pipe along an intermittent drainage; and install a 60-inch diameter pipe along the eastern wetland swale/intermittent stream system.
