Land Use: Low Density Residential and General Commercial; Zoning Residential R-1-B-2 and Commercial-Downtown
Document Description
The Project site consists of one parcel that is divided by two zoning districts. The Project proposes to rezone the easterly portion of the site (approximately 19,304 square feet) from the existing R-1-B-2 (Single-Family Residential) zoning designation to a Commercial Downtown (C-D) zoning designation. The subject site is occupied by a permitted Club and Lodge use, which was constructed prior to City incorporation in 1959 and the implementation of the Half Moon Bay Municipal Code. In the 1970's, the City of Half Moon Bay changed the zoning designation on the site, which rendered the use non-conforming.
