Document Description
The project is a minor residential subdivision of 12.75 acres into 4 parcels and a Designated Remainder Parcel. The project site is located between Lan Canada Road and Alta Vista Drive, in the Bonsall Community Planning Area, within unincorporated San Diego County. The site is subject to General Plan Regional Category Estate Development Area (EDA) and Land Use Designation (17) Estate Residential. Zoning for the site is A70, Limited Agriculture. The site currently has a single family house and several accessory structures which will remain. A horse corral has been conditioned to be removed prior to Parcel Map recodation. Access to 4 will be provided by a private easement connecting to Alta Vista Drive. Parcel 4 will utilize the existing driveway connecting to hook to sewer prior to Parcel Map recordation. Water would be provided by imported water from the Rainbow Municipal Water District. No extension of sewer or water utilities will be required by the project.
