Development of a one-story approximately 7,600 SF building to provide urgent care, outpatient care, and medical office uses on an undeveloped 0.91-acre site (infill development). The project is needed to serve the growing healthcare needs of the Ramona community. The project includes access improvements via one driveway off 13th Street, on site surface parking spaces, bicycle parking, landscape, hardscape and utilities improvements. PPH intends to receive a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for the facility.
