Document Description
FYI: Addendum to Final CDP-3-16 for remedial activities primarily composed of hot spot excavation in Operable Unit E at the former Georgia-Pacific Lumber Mill located on the western edge of the City of Fort Bragg. The proposed project would consist of excavation of approximately 3,500 cy of contaminated soils in a relatively small area of wetlands and uplands totaling 24,630 sf. The project also includes decommissioning of 57 monitoring and injection wells, filling in four pits, and re-establishing one monitoring well after construction is complete. The project includes implementation of a wetland mitigation and monitoring plan.
