Amendment to expand the Redevelopment Plan boundaries to include a 199 acre in the East F Street Corridor Specific Plan, the 74 acre South Yosemite Industrial Area (current location of the Sconza Candy Plant), and a 27 acre area along Pedersen Rd. Amend certain fiscal limits in the Central City Project Area, including the tax increment collection cap for the Central City Original Area and the bonded indebtedness limit over the Central City Project Area and the proposed added areas.
