General Plan Amendment 09-03, Change of Zone 09-02, Tentative Tract Map 36053, Architectural Review 09-03, Annexation 62 to allow a 100 unit detached townhouse "condominium" development on 19.91 acres of vacant land. Property will be designated for Medium Density Residential to establish an RM pre-annexation zoning. A plan of services review, annexation of the subject site and an additional 80 acres to the north into the City of Coachella, and De-Annexation form Riverside County Service Area for project site and additional 80 acres to the north. The site is located on the east side of Calhoun Street, ~665 ft north of Avenue 52.
