The applicant is proposed to Prezone and Annex a total of 3 parcels: 1250, 1252, and 1254 Edgewood Road (APNs 058-030-140, 058-030-130, & 058-030-120) which are currently developed with single family homes and are located within unincorporated San Mateo County within Redwood City's sphere of influence.
The project also includes the subdividing the 1250 Edgewood Road (058-030-140) lot into 3 parcels (Parcel 1, 2, and 3), demolishing the existing structures on the property, and redeveloping each lot with a single family home. The subdivision will result in a net addition of 2 new single family homes. The 1252 and 1254 Edgewood Road parcels are accessed by a private driveway belonging to 1250 Edgewood Road. No physical improvements are proposed for the 1252 and 1254 Edgewood Road properties.
