Document Description
The Project will construct 8-foot paved standard shoulders on each side of the State Route and adjust existing drainage features which will disturb a total of 15.34 acres, of which a total of 13.34 acres are already heavily disturbed. The project will impact two (2) acres of undeveloped land including 1.3 acres of Waters of the State Drainage activities including replacement of two culverts, upgraded to 24-inch corrugated metal pipe, and installation of 917 square yards of rock slope protection fabric and 543 cubic yards of light rock slope protection. Paved shoulder activities include grubbing, 3-foot shoulder backing and grading of slopes 4:1 in fill and 3:1 in cut and paving using typical highway paving equipment (i.e., trucks, rollers, paving machines, excavators, backhoes).
