Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of 184,446 square foot retail center on the project site. The center would be anchored by an approximately 160,446 sf Walmart store that would operate 24 hours a day and retail groceries and general merchandise. Three outlots would be developed along Whitesbridge Avenue with a combined development potential of 24,000 sf.
